Booking Policies 1. Arrive with a Clean Face Please arrive at the spa with no makeup on to ensure the best service possible. 2. Late Arrivals • If you are late to your appointment, a $15 late fee will be applied, provided you notify us that you are on your way. • If you are more than 10 minutes late without any communication, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee will not go toward your current service. • Please remember to arrive on time—time is money. 3. First-Time Clients A nonrefundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. Ensure all forms and waivers are completed prior to your appointment. 4. Service History All clients must inform us if they have had any previous services done and how long it has been since their last treatment. 5. Refund Policy If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately before leaving the spa so we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. Once you leave the spa, no discounts can be given. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will also incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. • We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to show up for their appointments. 7. Agreement By booking with us, you agree to these policies and understand the importance of providing 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.
